What to report

• Scams, requests for money, or suspicious links
• Fake, stolen, or impersonating profiles
• Harassment, threats, or abuse
• Unwanted explicit content
• Anyone who appears to be under 18
• Sharing private images or details without consent
• Illegal activity, or anything that makes you feel unsafe

How to report or block

1. Open the member's profile or the message.
2. Choose Report and select the closest reason.
3. Add details if you have them, then submit.

You can also block any member instantly. Blocked members can no longer contact or see you.

What happens next

Our team reviews reports, with human moderators working around the clock. Depending on what we find, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove content
• Suspend or permanently ban the account
• Refer the matter to law enforcement where required by law

For privacy reasons, we may not be able to share the details of action taken against another member.

How we moderate

• Proactive screening. All images, videos, and text are screened on upload using AI and human review, so harmful content is stopped before it reaches you.
• Behavior monitoring. AI looks for unusual or suspicious activity patterns to catch scammers and bots early.
• Off-platform contact alerts. When someone tries to move a chat to an outside app such as WhatsApp, we warn you.
• Explicit image protection. Sensitive images are blurred with a warning before you view them.
• Member ratings. Every member has a reputation score built from behavior and one-click feedback.
• Verification. Members can verify with a government ID (blue tick) or a live video check with a moderator.
• Age assurance. AI age estimation, with additional checks where required, helps keep under-18s out.
• Swift takedown. We act quickly on requests to remove unauthorized or harmful content, including intimate images shared without consent.

Our community rules

1. Adults only. This site is strictly 18+.
2. Genuine members only. We have protection measures in place so that only real people are allowed to join.
3. Be kind. Treat others online the way you want to be treated.
4. Be tolerant. We have members of all different backgrounds and experiences.
5. Be safe. Keep initial conversations on the site so they can be monitored.
6. Be discreet. Respect people's privacy. If you see another member in public, only approach them if they've previously given you their explicit consent.
7. Respect boundaries. We will not tolerate harassment. If someone tells you "no," it's time to move on.
8. Follow the law. We don't allow messages or media around illegal activity.
